Cursor Asset Management

Cursor Asset Management

Cursor Asset Management allows inspections of objects with a very high level of detail without putting workers in dangerous situations. Cursor provides fully automated visual inspections by fully robotising the process. Cursor uses unmanned solutions with 100MegaPixel cameras combined with powerful Artificial Intelligence.

We decided to settle in Delfzijl and join the MOI Community because this network offers huge opportunities for a startup like ours.

Snel Uitzendbureau

Snel Uitzendbureau

Snel Uitzendbureau was founded in 2014 by Justin Wieringa an is located in Uithuizermeeden.
Nowadays Snel Uitzendbureau is owned by two young entrepreneurs! Janneke Kuiper is co-owner of the company from 1 January 2020.

In the first few years, Snel Uitzendbureau grew really fast thanks to its successful efforts on major demolition and dismantling work. Snel now supplies personnel in many more sectors, like construction, greenery, industry and, of course, in Eemshaven. Eemshaven is a fantastic working area where a lot is happening and part of it is focused on Offshore Wind. Of course this has not escaped Snel Uitzendbureau, so they will also focus on this sector from 2020.

Heleen van Wijk tipped the agency about the MOI Offshore Energy Community which leaded to a membership. Snel Uitzendbureau is the 2nd participant/tenant and, thanks to the MOI Community, her Offshore Wind network expanded as well.

Ocean Grazer

Ocean Grazer

Ocean Grazer is a startup that makes it possible to meet the constantly increasing demand for green energy. To realize this, the supply and demand of green energy must be coordinated. This way you never have to run out of green energy and you don’t waste energy on days when there is “too much” being collected. The Ocean Battery is developed with exactly this goal in mind. It is an energy storage system on the seabed, that uses water pressure.

Currently we are building a prototype that is going to be installed in Eemshaven in 2020. Next step is to upscale the project towards deeper waters in the North Sea. The team of Ocean Grazer consists of a mix of people from the fields of science, commerce and practice. This way we combine innovative developments with practical feasibility, so we actually can make a difference in society.

Ocean Grazer focuses primarily on offshore energy applications and what better place to be than at Groningen Seaports and the MOI community where it is brimming with innovation.

Dronequest

Dronequest

Dronequest is an inspection company that has been performing high-quality inspections since 2017 using drones & 100 MP cameras. We do this for various sectors like; infrastructure, petrochemical & chemical, real estate, wind and thermal inspections. Next to the external inspections, we also carry out inspections in confined spaces like boilers, chimneys and tanks.

Thanks to our our unique cooperation with Cursor Asset Management we have developed a product with which we can detect damage on objects using photogrammetry. We do this by using unique algorithms and can detect rust, cracks in concrete, steel and bricks, but also concrete rot and leakage of oil, water and gas.

Dronequest is located in Eemshaven because of the possibilities offered by Groningen Seaports and the MOI community. As a small startup, this makes it easier for us to get in touch with the established companies through the many networking opportunities that are being offered.
