Coworking desks
In our Nijlicht building we offer about 8 desks for startups & scale-ups in our large Coworking hub. Free wifi, coffee, tea & electricity is available and there is plenty of space for placing promotional banners near your desk. In addition to that we offer networking possiblities, informal get-togethers and will connect you to other established companies in the Offshore Energy industry. You’ll also receive your personal key-pass to the building, so you’ll be able to come and go whenever you like.
Offices
In the same building we offer fully furnished office spaces suitable for Scale-ups. You’ll get all the benefits of renting a desk, but you’ll be enjoying the privacy of your own office! The offices are fully furnished, but you can decorate it any way you want. One office features two desks.

Criteria for Startups
- no more than 10fte
- less than 5 yrs registered Chamber of Commerce
- did not originate from an organisation with over 250 employees

Start-up Desk
5 days a week: €320,- per month
Prepaid (80hrs): €180,- per quarter
Criteria for Scale-ups
We consider a company a Scale-up when the company has shown a continuous 3 year growth of at least 20% in revenue or staff, starting with at least 10fte. (according to the definitions of scale up institute & OECD).
